Unconstrained population growth, insufficient control of the introduction of polluting liquids into water courses and continued emissions of poisonous and dangerous gases into the atmosphere will continue to accelerate global warming and with it uncontrolled climate changes. Without effective government policies, infrastructure changes and investment programmes for basic sanitation and with insufficient controls of polluting industries or targeted cleanup incentive schemes our planet faces an uncertain future.
